We offer warranty to all of our products.

Please contact with us first when you met a problem,because any disassembling or refit to devices is disqualified for warranty!

Parameter & Appearance

Due to different production batches, there might be slight differences between parameter & pictures listed in this page and received products.

The actual received products might have slight higher or lower frequency of core & memory, which does not affect using.

The appearance (fan case design) might be different from pictures listed in this page, but GPU model and memory size are exactly the same as parameter.

Brand of Memory Chip

Memory chip brand is random, for example: Samsung, Micron, Hynix, etc..

Interfaces (Output Ports)

Due to different production batches, there might be different interfaces (output ports) of your actual received graphics card from pictures listed in this page, for example, there might be no DVI port on the graphics card you received.

Our graphics cards include one H-D-M-I port at least.

Power Pins
Due to different production batches, this graphics card is with 6 Pin or 8 Pin power interface.

6 Pin and 8 Pin power interfaces have the same function for this GPU model, please don’t worry.

About TAX and Customs

Our price does not include TAX.

Due to different customs regulations of different countries, your customs may randomly inspect packages, thus you have a chance to be taxed, please pay tax in order to receive the goods.

Receiving and Unpacking
