Returns and refunds are available for all faulty items within 30 days of receipt of the item. That is 30 days from when you have received to when it’s received back with us. If the item falls outside of the time period of the 30 days then you will not be able to return the item to us in any other way than by selling it back to us.

 

If the item is returned as ‘faulty’ but passes our tests when received back, we are able to offer a 90% refund for the time and money expended on a customer error, or we can return the item back to you. That choice is at your discretion and will be made clear in such an event.

 

The serial numbers of all cards sent are logged and their condition is also recorded in our database with any marks, wear and damage both internally and externally. If the item is reported as faulty by the customer and returned in any physical condition other than the how it was sent to you (i.e. if you were to drop, scratch or otherwise damage the item and then try to return it as ‘faulty’) or if the item is returned with a different serial number (meaning it’s not the item we sent) then we will be unable to process your refund and we will send the card back to you as it is yours to keep.
