Duration
Our limited warranty lasts for two months from the original purchase date. If you experience any issues with your product during this time, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Covered items
Our limited warranty covers any defects or issues that arise due to material or manufacturing defects. This includes structural issues, malfunctioning parts, and other product problems. However, the warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence.
Return and replacement process
If you need to return or replace a defective product, simply contact our customer service team to initiate the process. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back to us for repair or replacement. If we determine that the product is irreparable, we will issue a full refund within 30 days of receiving the returned product.
